Government Projects

Megapower Antigua supplies a number of government departments. Including the Development Control Authority. Which is responsible for land use and planning applications.

The DCA uses a Nissan e-NV200 Combi electric van to transport its employees. Reducing their emissions and carbon footprint.

Environmental Policy

We also contribute to public policy development. Advising the Department of Environment (DOE) and NGOs like the Environmental Awareness Group (EAG). About the impact of transport emissions on climate change, environmental degradation and public health.

Most importantly we deliver solutions to reduce transport emissions using electric vehicles and renewable energy sources.

Public Education

We are regularly invited to talk to the Antiguan public about electric vehicles and renewable energy. Collaborating with both government departments and private enterprises. And we like to get hands on, demonstrating solutions with product displays and test drives.

People of all ages and backgrounds are interested in electric vehicles and solar power. But we find school children are especially excited to learn about the future of clean transport in Antigua!
